Before we begin adding any plant or building materials to your property, we need to get a feel for the specific needs of your land. Our site preparation process will give our team essential information for a successful installation on your commercial or residential landscaping project.

After site preparation is complete, our team can get started on the installation. We’ll put the materials in place according to your unique design specifications. After securing any greenery or hardscapes, we’ll be sure to clean up our mess so the area is better than we found it. Site Preparation

After you approve the final layout for your commercial landscape design or residential landscape design, we’ll begin preparing for materials to be added to the site. Our site preparation establishes the foundation for healthy, sustainable, long-lasting landscape designs. We hand-pick only the best-looking plant materials from top-grade nurseries and tree farms. The greenery from these tree farms and nurseries are healthy and disease-free.

After the areas are prepped, our team of professionals will lay out the plant materials according to your specific landscape design plan. We’ll walk you through every step to ensure your commercial or residential landscape project looks the way you want.

Thoughtful Landscape Installation

Once you’ve approved the final layout of the plant and building materials, we’ll dig out the areas where plants are assigned and add our preferred organic soil amendments to the plant holes. After removing any tags on the material, we install natural wood mulch or pine straw in surrounding landscape beds. We ensure larger plants and trees have soil saucers to help with water retention and stability. We use traditional wire and hose combinations or Arbor-Ties to stake down larger trees properly. Finally, the plant material will be thoroughly watered in after the installation is complete and the clean-up process begins. We will discard all debris generated through services, and the disturbed areas will be detailed, leaving your property with the most curb appeal possible.

Landscape Maintenance

Once your landscape is installed, you are responsible for caring for your plant materials. When your commercial or residential landscaping project is completed, we will give you a general plant care guideline, including recommended watering times. Call us immediately if you start noticing any plant decline, such as wilting, leaf drop, discoloration, or insect infestation. This allows us to quickly determine possible causes of plant stress and recommend solutions to you. We routinely check properties after the landscape design is installed and will advise you if we notice any irregularities. Occasionally, plants will not survive the process of transplanting. Research shows that newly installed plants usually fail to survive within the first 45-60 days of transplanting. We will replace or credit all nursery stock supplied and installed by us that fail to survive for 30 days from the invoice date.
